V\u0161e ostatn\u00ed je jen dopl\u0148kov\u00fd l\u00edbiv\u00fd balast. Ok tedy, poj\u010fme se pod\u00edvat na finan\u010dn\u00ed str\u00e1nku v\u011bci. Jeliko\u017e smlouva uzav\u0159en\u00e1 mezi obc\u00ed Stona\u0159ov a LCJ Invest a.s. se chov\u00e1 jako pan\u00ed Colombov\u00e1 (tedy nikde ve\u0159ejn\u011b ji neuvid\u00edte), r\u00e1di bychom V\u00e1m prezentovali smlouvu obce St\u0159\u00edbrnice se stejn\u00fdm investorem, tedy LCJ Invest a.s., kter\u00e1 je voln\u011b dostupn\u00e1 na webu. Poch\u00e1z\u00ed t\u00e9\u017e z roku 2023, a je tedy velmi pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161inu parametr\u016f bude m\u00edt nastaven\u00fdch podobn\u011b jako ta stona\u0159ovsk\u00e1. Odli\u0161nosti ov\u0161em existuj\u00ed &#8211; tu, kter\u00e1 je nejmarkantn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a u ob\u010dan\u016f Stona\u0159ova by m\u011bla vyvolat minim\u00e1ln\u011b pozdvi\u017een\u00e9 obo\u010d\u00ed, najdete v odd\u00edle IV. Odm\u011bny obce, \u010d\u00e1st 1 b:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u203c\ufe0f\u203c\ufe0f\u201epravideln\u00e9 ro\u010dn\u00ed odm\u011bny splatn\u00e9 po uveden\u00ed V\u011btrn\u00e9ho parku do provozu ve v\u00fd\u0161i 220 000 K\u010d ro\u010dn\u011b za ka\u017edou 1 MW instalovan\u00e9ho elektrick\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu ka\u017ed\u00e9 VTE na \u00fazem\u00ed Obce.\u201c \u203c\ufe0f\u203c\ufe0f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U n\u00e1s byla dojedn\u00e1na odm\u011bna 100 000,- K\u010d ro\u010dn\u011b za ka\u017edou 1 MW. Jednodu\u0161e \u0159e\u010deno, St\u0159\u00edbrnic\u00edm nab\u00edz\u00ed LCJ Invest fixn\u00ed odm\u011bnu v\u00edce ne\u017e dvojn\u00e1sobnou\u203c\ufe0f\u203c\ufe0f V\u00e1\u017en\u011b se chceme nechat takto tahat za nos? Investor se n\u011bkde za rohem sm\u011bje.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dvojn\u00e1sobek nab\u00edzen\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky by mohl m\u00edt ve Stona\u0159ov\u011b n\u011bkolik efekt\u016f:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcb0\ud83d\udcb0\ud83d\udcb0 dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 mo\u017enosti rozvoje obce \u010di podpory spolk\u016f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcb0\ud83d\udcb0\ud83d\udcb0 stejn\u00fd \u201ev\u00fdd\u011blek\u201c p\u0159i pouh\u00fdch p\u016fvodn\u00edch 4 v\u011btrn\u00edc\u00edch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcb0\ud83d\udcb0\ud83d\udcb0 zm\u011bna investora \u2013 Opravdu se chceme pustit do tak velk\u00e9ho projektu s n\u011bk\u00fdm, kdo n\u00e1s o\u010dividn\u011b \u0161id\u00ed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u203c\ufe0fD\u00e1le jsou zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti smlouvy, na jejich\u017e z\u00e1klad\u011b sami zva\u017ete, zda se od z\u00e1stupc\u016f obc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 takovou smlouvu podepsaly, do\u010dkaj\u00ed ob\u010dan\u00e9 vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fdch objektivn\u00edch informac\u00ed:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>III. Povinnosti Obce &#8211; 9. Obec se zavazuje podporovat informov\u00e1n\u00ed ve\u0159ejnosti Investorem ve prosp\u011bch realizace V\u011btrn\u00e9ho parku, nap\u0159. poskytnout vhodn\u00e9 prostory a m\u00e9dia pro ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 prezentace Investora. Obec se zavazuje spolupracovat s ob\u010dany, podnikateli a spolky ve prosp\u011bch realizace V\u011btrn\u00e9ho parku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VI. Z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e1 ustanoven\u00ed &#8211; 3. Smluvn\u00ed strany se zavazuj\u00ed zachov\u00e1vat o obsahu t\u00e9to smlouvy ml\u010denlivost. T\u00edm nen\u00ed dot\u010deno opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed sd\u011blovat tyto \u00fadaje t\u0159et\u00edm osob\u00e1m na z\u00e1klad\u011b povinnosti dan\u00e9 z\u00e1konem nebo po p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00e9m souhlasu druhou Smluvn\u00ed stranou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u203c\ufe0fNakonec perli\u010dka &#8211; tento \u010dl\u00e1nek smlouvy neznamen\u00e1 nic jin\u00e9ho, ne\u017e \u017ee VTE ve fin\u00e1le mohou st\u00e1t kdekoli v katastru obce bez ohledu na to, co bylo ob\u010dan\u016fm p\u016fvodn\u011b prezentov\u00e1no a kde si ob\u010dan\u00e9 mysleli, \u017ee s nimi v p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 anket\u011b \u010di referendu souhlas\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>III.
